This Privacy Policy describes how LuxyClean and its operations platform LimpiaZone (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, mobile web app, and related SMS communications (collectively, the “Services”) at https://limpiazone.com.
1. Who this covers
- Business owners and staff who use the LimpiaZone admin tools.
- Crew leaders and field staff who receive job-related SMS links and use the crew visit screens.
- Customers of LuxyClean residential cleaning who provide a phone number for service communications.
2. Information we collect
- Contact data: name, mobile phone number, optional email, property address, and related service notes.
- Operational data: visit schedules, job status, work reports, photos uploaded by crew for quality documentation, and access/instruction notes for properties.
- Message logs: records of outbound SMS (or similar) we send for job access and status updates (e.g. time sent, purpose, delivery status when available).
- Technical data: standard web logs such as IP address, browser type, and device information when you access the Services.
We do not buy marketing lists or scrape phone numbers for unsolicited promotional texting.
3. How we use information
- To schedule and run residential cleaning visits.
- To send transactional SMS to crew leaders (job access links, resends of the active job, same-day operational notices).
- To send transactional SMS to customers when enabled (e.g. en route, arrived, visit finished).
- To operate, secure, and improve the LimpiaZone platform.
- To comply with law and protect our rights and users’ safety.
We do not use phone numbers for unrelated marketing campaigns.
4. SMS / text messaging
Message frequency varies by assigned work or scheduled visit (typically a few messages per workday for crew; a small number of status messages per visit for customers). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-in: Primary Call to Action is the public form at https://limpiazone.com/sms (also via QR code). Secondary: verbal consent at hire/booking with enrollment in LimpiaZone. See also our Terms of Service.
Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel further messages from that program. Reply HELP for help. You may also ask the business to remove or update your number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use a messaging provider (e.g. Twilio) to deliver SMS; that provider processes numbers and message content as needed to send the texts.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the Services, including:
- Service providers (hosting, SMS delivery, analytics or support tools under contract).
- The cleaning business owner and authorized staff for jobs you are part of.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep operational records (visits, reports, message logs) for as long as needed for business, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (access controls, HTTPS, application safeguards). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Your choices
- Reply STOP to SMS; request number removal from the business.
- Request access or correction of your contact data by contacting us.
- Crew may stop using work SMS by providing an updated number or ending assignment (processed by the employer).

11. Changes
