Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LimpiaZone operations platform and related websites and SMS programs operated for LuxyClean residential cleaning (“Services”) at https://limpiazone.com.
By accessing the Services, providing a mobile number for work or service communications, or using a job access link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
LimpiaZone is software used to schedule visits, share house instructions with crew leaders, collect end-of-visit reports, and send transactional status messages. LuxyClean is the cleaning business that uses the platform to serve residential customers.
2. Accounts and authorized use
- Admin accounts are for the business owner and authorized staff only.
- Crew access is provided via secure links and/or job assignment; links are for the assigned leader’s work use.
- You must not attempt to access other people’s jobs, scrape data, or abuse the system.
- You are responsible for keeping any device you use reasonably secure.
3. SMS and phone communications
By providing a mobile phone number as a crew work contact or as a customer service contact, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to cleaning operations, such as:
- Crew: job release links, resends of the active job, same-day operational notices.
- Customers: visit status (e.g. en route, arrived, finished) when that feature is enabled.
These messages are not marketing advertisements. Frequency varies with scheduled work. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, you may still need to contact the business for non-SMS coordination of scheduled work.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Upload harmful content, malware, or illegal material (including in photos or notes).
- Share customer access codes or private house information outside authorized work.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or messaging delivery.
5. Content you submit
Crew may submit notes, task lines, and photos for quality and owner review. You grant us and the business a license to store and use that content solely to operate the cleaning service and the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
6. Service availability
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and providers. The business remains responsible for fulfilling cleaning services to customers under its own service arrangements.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR SMS DELIVERY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO US FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF NO SUCH FEES APPLY.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
